The Long Shot needs your support. Whether in the form of financial contributions, physical labor, exhibition proposals, performance proposals, music proposals, assistance with food, sponsorship from local businesses, hosting an event and or any other areas you think you could pitch in, please let me know.
We are looking for sponsors for the 2017 exhibition. If you would be interested in sponsoring the Juan Pablo Cardona exhibition scheduled for July 15, 2017 please contact me for details.
The Gallery is up and functioning. At this point, financial support will be used for gallery upkeep. The entire gallery will need to be primed and painted for the upcoming exhibition. A 5 gallon bucket of Kilz primer runs $70 and a gallon of exterior white around $20 a can the cost can add up fast. There is also the cost of a Porta-Potty from Keiths Portables out of Twin City, Ga. If you would like to earmark your donation for food or music just let me know and it will be used accordingly. It would be great to be able to pay participants in place of asking for volunteers. This a true homegrown event that takes community involvement to pull off. Also, be sure to let me know if you would like for your support to be acknowledged or to remain anonymous.
I also need help in making this vision a reality. If you would like to help with labor before, during or after event please let me know. I will need help installing gallery and artwork. There will need to be a few volunteers available during event to help make sure things run smoothly. And help will be needed to break down the space after the event. Please fill out the form below if you would like to help lend a hand.
